The verdict after 14years,what or for whose benefit?why the lethargy?

The verdict on MUMBAI Blasts case is out.Death sentence awarded to three who were accused in blsts case,which came after 14 years,which is almost amounts to spending your life.Why this snails pace,whats preventing our system of justice to move at snails pace.Its high time we had courts which are capable of deliveriung judgenments,after hearing the cases in a fast mode.Why test the patience of people what do you gain by it.Ultimately people have lost faith in judiciary.In to days world whats happening around us,more and more people are disillusioned with system of judiciary.Its high time the people in power,Be it politician/bureacrat/judges/prosecutor/defence attorneys understand that public of the country have had enpough of the drama that s being enacted and have completely lost theirn faith in judiciary.Isnt it time that these people who are paid out of the money thats realised by the exchequer have failed miserably in upholding the duties entrusted to them ,and have betrayed the trust imposed on them.When are they going to realise,for a trail to run for 14 years,is simply nnot a justification for what they should have done in first place.No commissions/commitees can absolve them of the crime that these people have aided and abetted in committing.any one awarded life imprisonment walks out as a freeman just because you took your own time deciding.Its high time citizens ponder whether we need this kind of a system.Unless and until the system reforms there is no hope.
